    Eligibility:
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date
    • One refund per customer per lifetime
    • Refund applies to the purchase price only — original shipping costs are non-refundable

    How to request a refund: Email hello@driftsleep.co with:
    1. Your order number
    2. The email address used at checkout
    3. A brief description of your experience (optional but appreciated)
    We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Faulty or damaged products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

    Order cancellations:
    Orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of placement. After 1 hours, orders enter fulfilment and cannot be cancelled. Email hello@driftsleep.co immediately with your order number.
